Do you accept insurance?
No, I do not accept insurance or provide a superbill (an itemized receipt of services received). Coaching is considered a non-traditional therapy model and is not often covered by insurance policies. ​
What types of payment do you accept?
​I accept payments via Credit or Debit Card, PayPal, or Venmo.
What is your cancellation policy?
There is a 24 hour cancellation policy for all coaching sessions. If you do not show up for you scheduled appointment, and have not notified me to cancel or reschedule 24 hours in advance, you will be billed $50.
Which populations do you work with?
I offer individual sessions for teens and young adults (ages 10-25) who are interested in setting goals and working towards them by establishing healthy habits, managing barriers, and learning life skills.
What are your areas of expertise?
I specialize in goal-setting for individuals struggling with ADHD, anxiety, and/or executive dysfunction, which includes issues with organization, motivation, and/or procrastination.
Are you accepting new clients?
Yes! I am currently accepting new clients. Please fill out the Contact Me form to get started.
Do you offer in-person appointments?
No, all my sessions are conducted virtually. However, this means that you can live anywhere and meet with me.
Do I have to live in Maine?
No, you do NOT have to live in the state of Maine to meet with me. Coaching is not considered traditional therapy and thus is not restricted by state lines. You can get support towards your goals from anywhere.
